Went to JUSCO today-Mom called me out for random shopping escapade!. Can't say it was a blast as the journey started off really abruptly.
We left home around 1.30pm but then a change of plans as my brother became angry about the way my mother drove the car and demanded to be sent home immediately.ARGH!!!. Such a pussy!
I thought that was it, the end to my little escapade but then my mother waited 5 minutes then called me-asking me to join her-little did I know I was entering the lion's den TOTALLY unprepared for what was going to happen.
She started blasting about everything-(1) my attire(2) My face(3)My nutrition habits(4)My attitude(5)my Carrer plans(6)Life(7) My brother(8)My relationship with my brother(9)house chores(10) Etiquette of a proper WOMAN...etc!
I was regretting why I re-entered the car.Its as if I opted for this.God gave me a fine opportunity to leave when I had the chance. Believe me I asked why she called me back if she had so many issues directed towards me.She answered saying it was because she wanted to yell at me in private.Wow my mother truly is considering my feelings now.
So she yells at me in private-bravo!
So this yelling goes on till she makes me cry-As usual I get emotional when that happens becoming emo as ever-She had an appointment to attend to so off she went to viewing houses while I waited in the car for like an ass for a good 45 minutes.All that carbon monoxide I absorbed would have easily killed some part of my lungs.Kept myself company with some music played in 97.6FM & 98.7FM[thanks!]
These random appointments end at around 4.30pm.So after that we drove for like 20 minutes in total silence to JUSCO.Arriving there at 5pm , I was revising on what to do.
The initial plan was to be as stubborn as ever and piss her off even more.As the car stopped, she said "So. has the anger stopped?".I didn't know what to do. So I just got down I paraded behind her within a close distance.
With the excess 5 kg being shed off I really looked like a tanned mannequin walking behind a average sized person.
She tried to make conversations with me-I responded with few words.Then predictably she goes into a Japanese restaurant.ARASHI shabu-shabu.
Since she was clueless about what to do-I did most of the work.Eventually I calmed down and became normal again.Burnt my tongue in miso broth too. lols.[clumsy]
We had fun after that. Surprisingly today is the first time didn't blast my mother's wallet when we went shopping-I spent a mere $80 on 4 Tank Tops purchased at MNG.
On the way home we took the normal road instead of Highway.She definitely had more talking to do.She was going on on how a proper lady should be-like GJP in boys over flowers.
True my mother does treat me well and I'm grateful as I did turn out to be a fine woman in some ways but there are still changes to be made.She said she loves me alot-(: Rare kind of words to be said by mother.She must have felt bad for yelling at me.
She expects highly of me.In all aspects.That was stressed alot today.Now education isn't enough.I should be an all rounder[housework wise].why?
Simply because I'm going to be married off to some pathetic people to be called my future husband and in laws. I have to serve them.Seems so 18 century.Wait till I tell her I'm gay.
lols.Working on it.Maybe I might turn out to be gay too.lols.
Anyways however the evening turned out to be-I still love her.she's my mother. A woman who treats me harshly at times but with warmth most of the times as she trys to make me a fine young lady.

HEY! isn't the lighting pretty? I took it at the shabu-shabu food restaurant.We should go next time.The food is OK.I hope Sarah is OK. She suddenly went off yesterday without prior notice-I'm guessing the headache must have been terrible-She left without signing off too.
